Terms of Service

Agreement

By using aipetly.com (the "service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: support@aipetly.com.

The Service

Aipetly turns photos of pets into short AI-generated videos using third-party AI models. Results are generated automatically and can vary; the AI may not reproduce every detail of your pet. Every video is AI-generated, fictional content.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits

• Generating a video costs credits. The price is shown before you generate and depends on length and quality.
• There are no free credits.
• If a video fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period they were granted for. Credits from one-time packs are valid for 365 days. Credits that expire soonest are used first.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Payments, taxes and receipts are handled by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record.

Acceptable Use

You may upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service to:

• create content showing real people without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or illegal content, including through talking-pet lines or custom scenes;
• depict animal cruelty;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

AI providers run their own safety checks and may refuse a request; refused requests are refunded in credits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Licence

You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You give us the licence needed to process them and produce your videos. Subject to these Terms and the AI providers' terms, you may use your videos for personal, non-commercial purposes on any plan. Commercial use — advertising, client work or monetised channels — requires an active Studio plan at the time the video is generated. When posting videos that could be mistaken for real footage, label them as AI-generated.

Reporting Content

If a shared video breaks these Terms or uses your photo without permission, use Report this video on its page or email us. We review reports within 72 hours.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and Termination

We may change these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms.
